Just the other day we explored Google Voice. This is where you can link up your phones to the device. Instead of people calling just your cell phone, you can link it up to Google Voice and if someone calls it will ring to your cell phone, work phone, or home phone. It will allow you to speak to any phone you link up to it. You must download a plugin, but I think it is worth it.
